Returns

  • Before you purchase anything, please double check and be sure that you are ordering the correct item.
  • Returned items are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 20% of the item cost.
  • Please include your invoice number when e-mailing.
  • Items may be returned for purchase price minus restocking fee or exchanged within 30 days from date of purchase, less any shipping and handling charges. We will not accept any returns or exchanges after 30 days from date of purchase; these items will be returned at purchaser's expense.
  • All electronic parts are not returnable or exchangeable.
  • All products needs to be returned or exchanged in original packaging with instructions, all components and fasteners must be in-tact.
  • Products must be returned in new condition or condition that is returnable to the manufacturer.
  • We will not issue any refunds or exchanges on products which are sent back in a non-sellable or in non-returnable condition. We will return any merchandise that we receive in non-satisfactory condition at purchaser's expense.
  • If it is necessary to send back or exchange products the cost of return shipping is at the purchaser's expense. We are not responsible for merchandise lost through shipping.
  • We will not ship out product for exchange until we have received the products which need to be replaced or exchanged.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Cancelled orders are subject to a minimum restocking fee of $5.00 up to 30% of the item cost.
  • Terms and conditions apply to incompatibility issues with purchaser's own existing equipment.
  • We reserve all rights to cancel orders or refuse service to any orders placed on this site.
  • Jake's Calls will refund, return or exchange items provided they meet all terms and conditions stated above.
